Smiddy's Fun Run ResultsThe PA Research foundation would like the thank all those who were a PArt of the 6th Annual Smiddy's Fun Run to help raise awareness and funds for Melanoma Research at the PA.
Over 150 people participated in the race this year in memory of late PA physiotherapist Adam Smiddy.
To everyone who pounded the pavement, whether it was walking or running, you have once again made this fun run a stand out event on the calendar and an event not to be missed.
A special thank you to all the sponsors and local businesses that put on a wonderful breakfast and donated prizes. Also a big shout out to the volunteers who got up before the crack of dawn to help set up and make sure this event was a s success.
It was a fast paced run this year with records crumbling and new ones being created. Both the male and female categories recorded personal best times which can only mean the competition will be fierce for 2012!
