A passion to create work contexts that encourage staff to learn, question and explore innovation in practice.
What is the gaol and significance of your research that you would like people to know? To build teams that embrace each other and new knowledge.

To identify positive learning cultures and learn more about them.
What do you like to do when you're not at work?
Cycle through beautiful countryside.
What would you be doing if you weren't a researcher? As a qualified nurse/midwife I would most probably be providing health care (of some sort).
What are you most proud of? My children
