At The Rockhampton Grammar School, we believe a strong education is about more than developing skills our students already have. Instead, it’s about giving them the space to try new things and discover what they are truly passionate about.

Our Rowing programme supports around 80 students from years 7 to 12, who compete at School, State and National level competitions each year. The programme is designed to encourage all students to ‘have a go’ and align themselves with the core values of respect, community and responsibility.

The Rockhampton Grammar School are motivated to participate in the Strokes for Skin Cancer initiative because we understand the importance of creating awareness with students, staff and parents around skin cancer and its research. We also value the importance of managing exposure and creating a sun safe environment for our rowers and coaches.
