Extraordinary Funding

PA Research Foundation supports research, patient support, staff education and new innovative equipment for the PA Hospital. Our Extraordinary Funding program is discretionary funding that supports the criteria listed below as and when it is needed. Funding is not guaranteed, and all applications are assessed by Foundation staff on a monthly basis.

Extraordinary funding applications can be submitted for:

  • Research funding - Seed funding for new research projects and/or early career clinical researchers.
  • Patient support – novel ideas that will improve care for patients at the PA Hospital.
  • Staff education - To further staff's knowledge in their field to better the lives of patients at the PA Hospital.
  • Equipment - New, innovative equipment.

The application is an online form that is submitted automatically.
